Kim Magee And Karen Joyce Promoted To Vice President

Baltimore, Maryland – March 26, 2015 – Dawn Dregier, President and Founder of SRS, an MDOT MBE/DBE/SBE company, announced two recent promotions within the organization.

Kim Magee has been promoted to Vice President, Operations. Since joining SRS in 2003 as Director of Operations, Kim has been been closely involved in every aspect of the business. Kim works closely with employers and employees in helping them to understand DOT drug and alcohol regulations and in assisting them with the DOT Return-to-Duty process. Kim also oversees day to day operations of SRS including.

Karen Joyce has been promoted to Vice President, Clinical Services. Since joining SRS in 2006, Karen has been instrumental in coordinating care management for clients. As the Clinical Director and now in her current role, she oversees a staff of Internal Care Coordinators and interns, while managing the Clinical and Case Management Services for SRS.

Kim and Karen have assisted 20,000 employees and nearly 4,000 employers with the DOT’s Return-to-Duty process.
