Owned and operated by a seasoned healthcare recruiter, SRS has the expertise needed to recruit and retain Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's). SRS has a department solely dedicated to recruiting Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's) that meet the requirements of the DOT and NRC' regulations.

SRS is vigilant about their credentialing process. Prior to SRS utilizing a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) or Substance Abuse Expert (SAE), all licenses are verified with the appropriate issuing authority and all DOT SAP and NRC SAE training and testing qualification certificates are confirmed. Each Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and Substance Abuse Expert (SAE) is required to produce proof of current professional liability insurance with minimum limits of 1m/3m.

SRS utilizes an internal software program for tracking and re-credentialing. All Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and Substance Abuse Expert (SAE) licenses, certificates and insurance are reviewed on a revolving annual basis and are verified accordingly.

When a client company contacts SRS with a need for a DOT or NRC substance abuse referral, SRS acts as that clients "Service Agent" absorbing the burden of providing a list of DOT or NRC qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Experts (SAE's) directly to the applicant/employee.

Acting as the clients "Service Agent" SRS supplies the applicant/employee with a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of readily available DOT or NRC qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs) or Experts (SAE's) within the applicant/employees geographic area.

SRS also facilitates enrollment into the SAP or SAE program and coordinates the process through return to duty.

National Network of Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's)
SRS continuously recruits Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's) that meet all licensing and training and testing requirements according to the Department of Transportations (DOT) regulation 49 CFR Part 40 and the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions regulation 10 CFR Part 26.

DOT and NRC Compliant SAP and SAE Evaluations
SRS affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's) perform face to face evaluations within your employees' geographic area.

DWI/DUI Compliant Substance Abuse Evaluations
SRS' affiliate substance abuse evaluators meet all clinical licensing requirements, perform face to face evaluations and complete all state DWI/DUI required documentation.

DOT and NRC Compliant Recommendations
SRS' affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's) make recommendations as required by the DOT and NRC.

DOT and SAE Compliance Reporting
SRS' affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's) monitor and report on all compliance issues as required by the DOT and NRC guidelines.

Documentation
SRS maintains a secure centralized filing system of all records for five (5) years or as required by the DOT and NRC guidelines.

Follow-up Testing Recommendations
SRS affiliate Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP's) and Substance Abuse Experts (SAE's) make recommendations for follow-up testing according to the requirements of the DOT and NRC.

Consultation with MRO's, DER's and Licenses or other Entities
SRS consults with MRO's, DER's and Licensee's or other Entity's on SAP and SAE related issues.
