Psychological Evaluations are performed by SRS’ affiliate psychologists who are state licensed and have clinical experience in assessing and diagnosing problems that do not have a physical origin. These problems can exist in several realms, for example, inappropriate behavior, inappropriate mood states and failure to perform up to expected standards, as in work performance.

Fitness-For-Duty Evaluations are performed by affiliate Occupational Medicine Physicians who have knowledge of work environments; give impartial opinions about fitness-for-duty or return-to work capabilities and are able to make specific recommendations for job accommodations.

Critical Incident Stress Management is facilitated by SRS affiliates who have been trained in a process that prevents or limits the development of post-traumatic stress in people exposed to critical incidents. Professionally conducted debriefings help people cope with and recover from an incident’s aftereffects. Optimally, CISM occurs within 24 hours to 72 hours of an incident.

Care Management is provided by SRS’ clinical specialists who have extensive experience in the process of monitoring an individual’s compliance to treatment and/or education which ultimately optimizes client outcomes and maintains cost containment.

DER Training consists of educating on the procedures of drug and alcohol testing; identifying and understanding the roles of those involved in the process, clarifying the differences in modal regulations and the employer’s responsibilities and can be performed via webinar or on-site.

Reasonable Suspicion Supervisory Training instructs supervisory staff to recognize potential employee alcohol or drug abuse by observing signs and symptoms of physical, behavioral, speech and performance patterns. DOT mandated for safety-sensitive positions, the training also educates the supervisor about managing employees with potential substance abuse issues. This training can be performed via webinar or on-site.
